Tulocay's Made in Napa Valley
Tulocay’s Made in Napa Valley products represent the quality and lifestyle of the Napa Valley. They use the very best ingredients and manufacture their products in small batches, which enables them to create products that taste homemade and are rich in flavor. When they make a batch of one of their savory sauces, they start just like you do at home. They sauté the onions and vegetables, add whole tomatoes and fresh herbs, stir slowly to keep the tomatoes chunky, add a touch of wine, simmer and then carefully pack each jar to ensure fabulous flavor and freshness.

Tulocay's Made in Napa Valley™ was recognized as an "Outstanding New Product Line" finalist by the National Association for the Specialty Food Trade (NASFT). Additionally, the November 2002 issue of Oprah Magazine spotlights Tulocay's Made in Napa Valley™.

Cesto is proud to feature Made in Napa Valley grilling rubs, Chocolate Cabernet dessert sauce, pasta sauces, wine-based mustards, and foccacia and pizza mixes. For recipes featuring their products visit: www.madeinnapavalley.com

Cool Beans Mints and Mixers
Cool Beans isn't about corporate greed, exhaustive market research, or overseas candy sweatshops. It's about a small group of close friends with a passion for good living. And an obsession for unrelenting quality.

Originating a few years back out of their Northern California home, the first Cool Bean Mints were the confectionery brainchild of Elaine Hutchins and her husband Chris. It began as the two – along with their circle of like-minded bon vivants – enjoyed a charmed, pre-dotcom-bust lifestyle of fine wines, gourmet cooking, lively conversation and travels to Europe and beyond.

Determined to parlay their passion for life's finer things into something they could share with friends, Elaine and Chris began searching for a small boutique winery in Napa to handcraft single-barrel Cabernets. Unfortunately, they soon found themselves about $15 million short of the required price. So they got real, got in contact with a confectioner of note, and began pursuing another passion they all shared – chocolate. Specifically, gourmet mint chocolates blended with the finest ingredients. In short, an elegant line of mints that the serious host could serve proudly in a tasteful social setting. Or, for that matter, savor alone while dreaming about how enchanting it would be to throw a party with a tasteful social setting.

The overwhelming success of Cool Bean Mints soon led to the development of Cool Bean Mixers. Fruity and tangy, these addictive jellybeans are inspired by and named after celebrated cocktails from around the world including Sangria, Mojito, Cosmopolitan and Bellini.

Where next? Who knows. But we invite you to join us as we continue to christen cool new blends – and to drink from the sweet champagne flute of life. Cheers.

Too Good Gourmet
In just four short years in business, Too Good Gourmet, Inc. has grown from five cookie products to a wide range of products, including cookies, confections, teas and specialty food mixes.

After extensive research, Too Good Gourmet was established by the mother-daughter team of Amie Watson and Jennifer Finley to create a line of cookies for children. What they soon learned, however, is that the market for cookies is primarily women -- giving to other women as little gifts, party favors, or in gift baskets.

Amie's background in art combined with Jennifer's retail experience provided the perfect foundation for this growing business. Together they create all of the recipes, design all of the box shapes and die cuts, and oversee the creative process in developing this award-winning product line. They work with a number of artists - including Amie herself - in creating the fabulous, eye-catching designs. The result of this hands-on approach can be seen in a line of products that taste as good as they look!

Cesto carries a variety of Too Good Gourmet dip, soup, dessert, side dish and bread mixes. They are “too good” to pass up!

El Paso Chile Company
"We are American food! We're not about salsa, we're about lifestyle!"
-- Park Kerr, co-founder of The El Paso Chile Company

Back in 1980, fresh out of college and penniless, Park Kerr had an idea - "I had two ladders and a nail-studded two-by-four covered with chile ristras. I think I bought them for 3 bucks in New Mexico and sold them for $15 in El Paso on a street corner." The message was clear - people were hungry for hot stuff.

By 1982, Park and his partner, mother Norma, were know as The El Paso Chile Company, and their hand-crafted chile wreaths and ristras graced the covers of the Neiman Marcus and Horchow Collection catalogs. In an attempt to develop a less seasonal business, they created their first gourmet food products with playful names like Snakebite Salsa, Sweet Texas Fire, and Hellfire & Damnation.

The El Paso Chile Company is synonymous with fun, interesting, original flavors and incredibly creative labels. "Food is fashion!" says Park, who's been called everything from "the Drew Carey of Salsa" to "the Martha Stewart of the Border." "Our customers are busy and food savvy - they want premium natural ingredients, big bold flavors and open-and-eat convenience." Kerr's frequent trips around the world, to seek out new tastes and trends, have kept product development at a brisk pace. And quality counts - family members still oversee the production of every batch of hand-made salsas and artisan foods. Today, Sean oversees operations as President and CFO, Park does whatever he wants to, Monica is personnel director and manages the retail division, while co-founder Norma continues to supply philosophical inspiration.

Remember the El Paso Chile Company rule of thumb: You can never go wrong consuming from the three food groups - Salsa, Snacks, and Margaritas!
Try El Paso Chile Company’s margarita mix, margarita salt, chile con queso or black bean dip in your next South of the Border basket from Cesto!

Burt’s Bees
It all started because there weren't many jobs up there north of Bangor, Maine. Burt was enjoying commercial success selling quarts of honey off the tailgate of his Datsun pick-up, every week-end between the Fourth of July and hunting season. He met Roxanne Quimby who convinced him to make beeswax candles from all the bees wax he had been storing for years… just waiting for a way to use it. And the rest is history. After outgrowing their factory in Maine, the company moved to North Carolina and now makes a complete line of products for the hair and skin.

Featuring earth friendly, all natural products for men, women and children! Not only are the products all natural, but the packaging is recyclable and made with recycled materials whenever possible. Burt’s Bees products use only Mother’s Nature’s finest ingredients such as botanical oils, beeswax and herbs – and leave out artificial preservatives and petroleum-based ingredients. Burt’s Bee products are available in our “Spa” and “For Her” section.
