How do I order a Gift Basket?
Cesto offers several convenient ways to place your order. You can order online at www.cestogifts.com, send an email to orders@cestogifts.com or call (303) 281-9282 or 1-800-865-9183 if you are outside of the Denver, Colorado area.
When you find an item you want to add to your shopping cart, simply enter the quantity you want and click on the "Add to Cart" button to the right of the quantity. The item will be added to your cart. When you want to view your cart or check out, click on the "Shopping Cart" link at the top or bottom of the page. You may then check out or continue shopping.
When you are ready to check out, click on "Shopping Cart." If you are a first-time shopper, you will have to fill out the billing and shipping addresses. The system will show your total order. Please indicate the method of delivery or shipping you would like. We offer hand-delivery in the Metro Denver area and UPS to all other parts of the country. If you have a discount code, please enter it at this time. To pay for your order, click on the "Check Out" button at the bottom of the page and you will see your billing and shipping addresses as well as the final order costs. Enter your credit card informtion including the card number, expiration date and 3-digit card ID number from the back of the card. If you want to include a personalized gift card with your gift, please enter what you would like it to say in the "Additional Instructions" box. Then click on "Authorize Transaction" and your order will be submitted. You can print out the receipt and you will also be emailed a confirmation receipt. Please contact us if you do not receive a confirmation email.

Can I specify a gift card message when ordering online?
Absolutely! We pride ourselves in making our gifts very personal and you should always include a personal message with your gift. Just fill in your message in the "Additional Instructions" box on the order form. You can include a message that is as long as you like, but keep in mind that we handwrite all our enclosure cards, so you may not want to write a novel! Sometimes short and sweet is better.
We also offer handmade greeting cards that you can choose from, simply go to the "Add a Card" section of the web site to see our selection.

I am getting an error message when trying to order. Please call us at 303-281-9282 in Denver or 1-800-865-9183 and press "Option 2" to speak to a representative immediately. The Internet and computers can be fickle and some office computers have firewalls that may prevent you from ordering. We can always take your order over the phone.

Do you charge sales tax? If you are shipping within the state of Colorado, there is a 4.7% sales tax charge. If you are shipping out of state, there is no sales tax.

Are credit card transactions through your web site safe? You bet! Our web site servers use up-to-date Internet security technology to encrypt order information through the use of Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption. We also ask that you enter the 3-digit credit card ID number from the back of your card for extra security.

What methods of payment do you accept? We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and any ATM debit cards with a Visa or Mastercard symbol on them. We also a Corporate Billing program with a completed credit application and a copy of your company's credit sheet.

I have sufficient funds in my bank account. Why is my card being denied?
In order to protect our customers from fraudulent transactions we take several precautions. The billing address you list on your order must match the billing address for your credit card (where statements are sent.)
You must also enter the 3-digit "card ID" code on the back of your card for us to be able to process the order.

I like a basket on your site, but want to change a few items...
At Cesto we pride ourselves on creating custom-designed gift baskets. While we offer the ones featured on the web site, we make each one at the time it is ordered, so we can change items if you'd like. Please indicate in the "Additional Instructions" box what you would like to change and we will let you know if the cost will change.
We can also custom design a basket for any occasion or price range. Simply call or email us and let us know what you are looking for!

Why do some of your baskets have more than one price? Many of our baskets come in a variety of sizes to accommodate several price ranges. The larger sized baskets will include more items and will be presented in a larger baskets. We don't skimp on quality in the smaller baskets - there will just be fewer items.

What if you are out of a particular item? In the event that we are out of a particular basket item, we will only substitute it with an item of equal or greater value and similar in nature. The theme, size and look of the basket will remain the same.

Can you ship to a P.O. Box? Yes, but please email us at orders@cestogifts.com or call us at (303)281-9282 in Denver or 1-800-865-9183 if you would like to ship to a P.O. Box. Only packages sent via the U.S. mail can be sent to P.O. or F.P.O. boxes. We will get you a shipping quote based on the size and weight of your gift.

Can I use my own UPS or FedEx account number? Sure! Just choose "use my UPS or FedEx Number" in the shipping options and enter the number in the "Additional Information" box. A $4.00 handling fee will be added to your order for each gift sent using your number.

How long does shipping and delivery take?
All orders will be shipped or delivered within 24 hours. Orders placed after 1 pm (mountain time) on Fridays will ship the following Monday and those placed on holidays will ship the following business day.
Rush delivery is available, please indicate it is a "rush" in the "Additional Information" box and indicate the appropriate rush shipping option.

What if my gift is damaged in shipment? Please contact us immediately if you or the recipient receive a damaged shipment. We have 10 days to claim damages with UPS, so your prompt attention is appreciated.

How long will it take my basket to arrive?
Local deliveries in the Denver Metro area will arrive within 24 hours for standard delivery and the same business day for rush deliveries. We currently do not offer weekend or holiday delivery.
UPS ground deliveries are as follows:
Two days to the following states: CO, MT, Eastern ID, UT, AZ, WY, NM, Northern TX, OK, KS, NE, SD.
Three days to the following states: WA, OR, NV, CA, ND, MN, WI, IL, IN, AR, LA, MS, AL, KY, TN and Southern Texas.
Four days to MI, NY, OH, WV, VA, NC, SC, GA and Northern FL.
Five days to ME, VT, NH, MA, RI, NJ, DE, PA and Southern FL.
Two day air UPS will be delivered the 2nd business day from time of shipment. Next day UPS air will be delivered the next business day from time of shipment.

How much does shipping cost?
There are several different shipping options. If your gift is being delivered in the Denver Metro area, you can choose between a $10 flat rate which will guarantee your gift is delivered within 24 hours. Or you can choose a Denver Metro Rush fee which is $15 and guarantees your gift will be delivered the same day.
For shipments out of the Denver Metro area, Cesto ships via UPS. The cost is dependent upon the cost of the basket. We offer Ground UPS, which is the least expensive option; 2-Day UPS which guarantees it will arrive to the destination in two days; or Next Day which guarantees it will arrive the next day. Can I track my shipment? Yes. If your gift is shipped UPS you will recieve an email with a tracking number on the day your gift is shipped. You may then go to www.ups.com to track your shipment.

What is your refund policy? If for any reason, you are unhappy with your order, you may return it for a full refund, credit or replacement. Food and spa items must be unused. If a food product is in question, please contact us as soon as possible so we may give you a replacement or a refund.

What if I need to send several baskets to different addresses? Not a problem! Simply add the appropriate number of baskets to your shopping cart. When you check out, there is a "ship to" column on the right hand side. That is where you can put in each recipient's address. If you have two of the same basket going to different addresses, simply do a quantity of "1" twice, so that you add the basket to your cart two separate times. Then you can specify which basket goes to which address.

When do you charge my credit card? Your credit card is charged on the day you place your order.We must confirm that the payment has been approved before any merchandise can be shipped.
